Combinatie van eten was excellent en een delight voor de tong.
Voor het volgende keer:
Aanbeveling om naar het voorkeur van het vlees te vragen. Rare? Medium-rare? A point? Well done?
Er was een feestje naast de eetzaal. Eten werd ongelijktijdig geserveerd bij een tafel van 2 personen. Eten was niet op smaak. Coquille smaakte naar vlees, zout en peper vergeten bij de voorgerechten.
Eten was lekker en personeel vriendelijk. Wij hebben lekker genoten van lunch.

About The Riverside
Restaurant The Riverside is located on a historic site in Maarssen. In 2021, the restaurant has undergone a complete metamorphosis. For example, it has been given a contemporary modern design where you can enjoy yourself in a relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen, led by chef Tom Vermeulen, has also been given a metamorphosis. The menu changes four times a year and is all about surprise. Perfectly composed flavor explosions where every bite should be a surprise. In short, a wonderful place for a nice lunch or dinner.
