Heerlijk avondvullend 4 gangendiner. Makkelijk, flexibel en mooie wijnkeuzes. Ik zou het ook eens doen. Niet goedkoop; wel de moeite waard
Tijdens restaurantweek erg lang moeten wachten op amuse. Al bij dit gerecht geen rekening gehouden met dieetwensen. Erg gemakkelijke gerechten; weinig uitleg bij gerechten; erg duur voor de kwaliteit van het eten.
Het leven is vurrukkulluk, en het eten van de Professor ook! Veel dank voor een onvergetelijke avond! 🥂
