Ik beoordeel daarom de keuken in dit geval los van de service. De keuken presenteerde mooie verfijnde gerechten, misschien in de eerste twee gerechtjes ietwat veel knoflook, maar dat te zijde. Vooral de ceviche van vis erg mooi en zo ook het tussengerecht met groene asperges. Het hoofdgerecht dat begon de discussie ook met de service. Eend is niet een product waar iedereen als een blok voor valt, dus (als tip) zorg voor een goed alternatief en bied hierin een keuze, stem dit vooraf met de keuken af, welke alternatieven er zijn in geval dat... dan geeft het niet de ongemakkelijke situatie die wij hadden. Enkel een vegetarisch hoofdgerecht bieden terwijl het tussen gerecht ook vegetarisch is vind ik dan wat kort door de bocht, datzelfde geldt voor de bouillabaisse (wat ook weer iets specifieks is). Verder heerst er een fijne sfeer.
Lekker gegeten
Goede porties met verassende ingrediënten.
Te veel garnituur met te weinig als zodanig herkenbare stukjes vis of vlees. Magere glazen wijn. Te duur voor het gebodene.
Heerlijk verrassingsmenu met gevarieerde gangen! Er werd rekening gehouden met onze wensen, heel fijn. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en gezellige sfeer. De verwarming had iets hoger mogen staan.. Verder zijn we zeker enthousiast, wij komen graag terug!
