Wat opvalt is de " Jonge " brigade die hier werkzaam is. De gemiddelde leeftijd van de brigade komt waarschijnlijk net boven de 30 maar de prestaties en kwaliteit gaan er niet onder gebukt. Heel leuk om te zien! De inrichting is erg strak en modern (Zou wat ons betreft net iets " Warmer " morgen) de sfeer / bediening is " Casual " en de chef(s) komen bijna iedere gang aan tafel om uitleg te geven over het gerecht wat een absolute meerwaarde geeft aan de culinaire beleving. We komen graag een keer terug.
