Geweldig, gezellig , geïnspireerd
We hebben het verrassingsmenu gegeten. Het eten was smaakvol en lekker en netjes opgediend. Sfeer was goed en het was gezellig druk.
De vorige keuze van de Chef-kok was voor herhaling vatbaar.
Ditmaal werd - ofschoon smakelijk - dit niveau helaas niet gehaald. Denk dat de omvangrijke ' buitenshuis bezorgingen ' - vermoedelijk vanwege de Tefaf - te veel aandacht van de Chef-kok vroegen.
Ook het 'gesleep' van alle attributen samenhangend met deze 'bezorgingen' deden afbreuk aan de sfeer.
Hopelijk volgende keer 'beter'.
