De ontvangst is zeer vriendelijk maar straalt ook direct professionaliteit uit.
Starten met een geweldige amuse. Een prachtig 5 gangen menu wordt geserveerd met gerechten van pompoen, knolselderij, tonijn en een prachtig gerecht met eend. Afronden met een kaasplankje en een fantastische dame blanche, de desserts met supplement. Er het wijnarrangement bij gekozen. Een aanrader, u komt zelf nooit tot geweldige selectie. Voor ons een avond op sterren niveau, nu nog voor Michelin. Geweldig om deze nog jonge groep zo ambitieus aan het werk te zien. Fris is een absolute aanrader, voor ons een dikke tien voor deze brigade.

Wat een heerlijke avond, fantastisch eten, en bijhorende wijnen. Bediening super fijn en enthousiast. Kortom een Top avond. Bedankt.
