Oginele smaken met leuke en goede uitleg. Ook uitleg over de wijn is uitgebreid maar ook laagdrempelig. Geen poeha maar gewoon in normale taal wat je mogelijk zal kunnen merken als je de wijn icm eten drinkt. Professionele bediening maar wel een waar je thuis bij voelt. Niet te stijf. Waanzinnig brioche brood met ook daarbij weer een tip hoe je er het meest van kan genieten.
We hebben genoten van de lunch. Heerlijke gerechten en prachtig opgemaakte borden. Helaas waren wij de enige gasten, maar we komen zeker terug.
Eten bij Fris is altijd weer een ultieme beleving.
