De tafel werd meerdere keren afgeruimd terwijl we nog zaten te eten en het dessert leek wel iets wat kant en klaar uit een pak kwam.
Vroeger veel vaker daar gegeten, nog in de tijd van de Michelinsterren. Toen was het echt een stuk beter dan nu. Het eten was goed te eten, maar er was weinig verrassends, weinig verfrissends aan. De bediening was ook bijzonder: vijf soorten wijn suggereren, maar dan nog niet eens weten waar een Verdejo vandaan komt, da's bijzonder.
De locatie is erg mooi. We hebben met de restaurantweken kennis gemaakt met dit restaurant. Helaas waren de gangen zo karig dat we met goede trek zijn weg gegaan. We vonden het alles bij elkaar toch best teleurstellend en niet wat we van een sterren restaurant zijn gewend.
