Supermooi allemaal, soms misten we net de laatste “kick” bij de 5 gangen. Wijntjes waren heel goed uitgezocht. We komen zeker terug
Het eten was best lekker maar onze verwachtingen waren hoger. Jullie zijn op de goede weg. Er werd iedere keer een soort uitklaptafeltje neergezet wat een ludiek gezicht is. Er kan beter direct uitgeserveerd worden uit de keuken met 1 of 2 personen. Borden zijn goed opgemaakt maar de smaken mogen wat sterker worden en meer een zuurtje, zoetje, zoutje of umami verschillen op 1 bord.
